An exciting visit from the Grammy Award-winning Jean Toussaint, formerly of Art Blakey’s ‘Jazz Messengers’.

His blistering technique and lyrical sound has earnt Jean acclaim from across the world and the band leader has 12 albums under his belt.

The band features British Jazz Award’s Best Trumpet winner Freddie Gavita (2017). Alongside top jazz pianist and co-founder of The Monk Liberation front Jonathan Gee.

Also in the quintet, bassist and composer Mutale Chashi and Shane Forbes of award-winning British Jazz group Empirical.
