An illustration of Father Christmas with an orchestra behind him

Join the Mozart Symphony Orchestra this winter as they celebrate Raymond Briggs’ seasonal classic, Father Christmas. With the film playing on a big screen accompanied by a live orchestra and sound effects, this is a magical Christmas concert like no other!

The concert will begin with performances of Julia Donaldson’s The Gruffalo and The Gruffalo’s Child, both for narrator and orchestra. Each character in the tales is represented by a different instrument of the orchestra – can you guess which one the Gruffalo will be?

This concert is the perfect antidote to panto and a wonderful Christmas treat for all the family.
